Digital Innovation Analyst – Digital Platforms

About the role

Join BASF/Chemetall’s Digital Innovation Team in New Providence, NJ, to design and implement cutting‑edge digital solutions that support surface‑treatment technologies across multiple industries. You will work on a variety of platforms, ensuring that business processes are modernized and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative technical solutions using Salesforce, SAP, Bizagi, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize digital tools to guarantee quality and performance.
• Support end‑to‑end development and implementation of corporate service applications.
• Lead technical efforts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud in North America and APAC.
• Maintain SQL Server instances as needed to ensure data integrity.
• Travel up to 10% domestically to Chemetall offices and client sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field with 5 years experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, SAP BW, MS SQL Server, Power BI/Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, Bizagi, Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Ability to drive digitalization initiatives and improve business workflows.
