Digital Creativity Online Tutor (Remote)

About the role

Kodland is an international digital school helping kids and teens develop creativity through coding, design and digital skills. It is looking for passionate tutors to inspire the next generation of creators. This is a fully remote role, open to anyone who can teach during UK teaching hours (afternoons and evenings on weekdays, mornings on weekends).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online classes using provided scripts and materials.
• Develop your own teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.
• Track student progress, celebrate achievements and guide learners through their journey.
• Share lesson feedback and creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
• Take part in mock lessons, training and community events.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1).
• A passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week: weekdays 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston time) and weekends 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM GMT-4.
• Stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps), webcam, headset and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering)
• Familiarity with graphic tools such as Photoshop, Photopea, Figma and Canva
• Bonus: background in design education, Tinkercad or animation tools
