Digital Associate, Paid Media (Temporary)

About the role

Authentic is seeking a Digital Associate, Paid Media for a temporary, full‑time position working remotely across the United States (excluding AK, CA, CO, NY, and WA). The role supports paid‑media client accounts and offers a pathway to greater responsibilities within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Write, fact‑check, and proofread fundraising and persuasion ad copy for P2P texts, Meta ads, and Google Search ads.
• Develop creative concepts and direct‑to‑camera scripts that align with client voices.
• Set up, QA, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with creative teams on graphics and video, and respond rapidly to breaking news with ad content.
• Provide short‑term client coverage, attend meetings, and manage follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Passion for Democratic and progressive causes.
• Experience from coursework, internships, or similar short‑term roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to detail, self‑learning, and progressive workplace values.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
