Digital Account Coordinator

About the role

Katz Media Group, part of iHeartMedia, is hiring a Sales Assistant (titled Digital Account Coordinator) in Los Angeles to act as an extension of its sales team. The role supports the sales process and procedures used by the Katz Media Sales teams. The position is regular and full time, paid hourly.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and support the sales process and procedures used by the Katz Media Sales teams
• Enter and revise orders
• Submit special billing requests
• Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
• Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times
• Assist the sales team with sales material creation and recaps

Required profile

• Aptitude for a sales support or operational support role
• Understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about them
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Required skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech savvy, able to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work within standardized procedures and know when to escalate
• Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved
