Dialysis Charge Nurse (RN) – Full‑time

About the role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN to serve as the Charge Nurse in our dialysis clinic. You will lead nursing staff, ensure safe and high‑quality dialysis treatments, and support our mission of patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Review new patient information and consent forms before treatment.
• Supervise and assist nursing personnel during dialysis sessions.
• Coordinate patient scheduling with the nurse manager to optimize resources.
• Manage clinic operations in the manager’s absence, adhering to safety and staffing guidelines.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and document orders.
• Participate in care conferences, medical rounds, and chart reviews.
• Contribute to risk‑management, QAPI, and infection‑control committees.
• Oversee patient education, lab work management, and regulatory compliance.
• Support training of new staff and provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Experience in nursing and preferably dialysis care.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage clinic workflow.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with physicians and patients.
