Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Weekend Days

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer working weekend days. You will provide high‑quality sonographic imaging for patients of all ages while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance through the Weekender Flex Program.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic sonographic imaging, including obstetrical, GYN, abdominal, pediatric and vascular studies.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS and process billing through RIS.
• Consult with referring physicians, review patient history, and ensure patient comfort and safety during exams.
• Assist with scheduling, prioritize emergency patients, and maintain equipment functionality.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and RDMS (or ARRT) certification at hire.
• One specialty certification (abdominal, OB/GYN or vascular) on hire; remaining two certifications within 18 months.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of sonography experience.
