Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician

About the role

The Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician will join Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, a leading pediatric center, to provide comprehensive developmental and behavioral care for children across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient developmental‑behavioral pediatric services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neuropsychologists, habilitation therapists, and RN coordinators to integrate services such as speech therapy, ABA orders, and developmental testing.
• Lead quality‑improvement initiatives, contribute to research, and mentor residents and fellows.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics).
• Fellowship training in Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.

Required skills

• Expertise in developmental and behavioral assessment tools (e.g., ADOS, DAYC‑2).
• Ability to write and manage ABA orders and coordinate habilitative services.
