Development Manager – ERP & Modern Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead a team of software engineers building enterprise‑grade ERP‑integrated applications and modern integration services. The role combines deep functional knowledge of ERP systems with hands‑on technical leadership in a cloud‑connected environment. You will drive the technical roadmap, ensure best‑in‑class development practices, and oversee API strategy across Azure platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team delivering ERP‑integrated solutions and supporting service layers.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning delivery with business priorities and architecture standards.
• Promote modern development frameworks, coding standards, testing practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop and govern APIs using Azure API Management, including policy configuration, versioning, security and developer portal.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts and ERP functional leads to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage the full SDLC: sprint planning, code reviews, release management and post‑deployment support.
• Partner with ERP vendors and third‑party integrators to ensure reliable, maintainable integrations.
• Provide technical escalation support for production incidents and lead root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a development‑management or technical‑lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of microservices, domain‑driven design and API‑first principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment and deliver complex integrations.
