Development Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Development Analyst will support Greystar’s development platform in Santiago by conducting financial analysis of new development opportunities, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating with brokers, capital partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and pro‑forma projections for development projects.
• Gather, research and analyse market data to identify viable opportunities.
• Prepare and organise documentation required for transaction evaluation and closing.
• Liaise with real‑estate brokers, institutional investors and the development team to facilitate deals.
• Track and report the status of transactions across assigned geographic markets.
• Support ongoing project monitoring and delivery throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in real‑estate development and investment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
