Desktop Support Technician – Onsite (Pensacola, FL)

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Pensacola, FL. The position is 100% onsite, day‑shift, and offers the chance to provide front‑line technical assistance to end users in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and resolve tickets using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Create and deploy desktop images using MDT, LTI and ZTI.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes applications.
• Provide printer installation, configuration and troubleshooting for HP, Canon and Toshiba devices.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base entries.

Required profile

• Availability for a full‑time day‑shift onsite role.
