Desktop Support / Field Services Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support / Field Services Technician to deliver hands‑on technical assistance for end‑user devices, collaboration tools, and IT infrastructure across multiple sites. The role combines on‑site troubleshooting, hardware repair, and executive‑level support in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, imaging, device configuration and hardware break‑fix.
• Support conference‑room AV equipment and ensure smooth meeting technology.
• Manage IT assets, tagging, CMDB updates and coordinate equipment deployments.
• Log and resolve incidents using ServiceNow, following SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex problems and document troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with vendors, remote teams and internal IT groups on rollouts and special projects.

Required profile

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of desktop support or field services experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile device support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking concepts.
