About the role

Responsible for high‑impact manufacturing projects by translating strategy into execution, creating detailed project plans, managing key milestones and ensuring timely delivery that supports Philips’ manufacturing goals and operational excellence. The role leads strategic manufacturing projects from concept through execution, applying advanced project‑management practices and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing projects, develop detailed schedules and manage critical milestones to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to communicate progress, technical insights and key decisions.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by implementing advanced manufacturing solutions, new technologies and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage project risk, budget and compliance, safeguarding success while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, operations or project management, preferably in the medical‑device industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
