Machine Operator (Threader/Press/Mill/Lathe/Saws)

About the role

The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of machining equipment to meet production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor threaded machines, presses, mills, lathes, drills, and saws, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Set up machines using standard procedures, adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling, and ensure proper calibration for precision work.
• Produce components according to specifications, conduct quality checks with gauges and micrometers, and document inspections and corrective actions.
• Load and unload raw materials, manage inventory with warehouse teams, and maintain an organized, safe work area.
