Design & AI Technology Specialist – Small Law Marketing

About the role

The Design and AI Technology Specialist will support Small Law Marketing by blending creative design expertise with AI‑driven marketing technology. Reporting to the head of Small Law Marketing, the role creates compelling sales‑enablement assets and optimises the tech stack that powers campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, optimise and support key marketing and sales platforms such as Seismic, Captello, Pardot and video platforms.
• Design and produce high‑quality marketing and sales enablement assets – presentations, videos, digital content, branded collateral and templated leave‑behinds – using professional design software and AI‑enhanced creative tools.
• Build, maintain and optimise Pardot landing pages and campaign assets to drive lead generation.
• Integrate marketing technology into campaign execution, troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns with AI and automation to improve efficiency, scalability and speed to market.
• Automate marketing and sales event workflows, monitor performance and provide insights for continuous optimisation.
• Develop scalable, branded templates and organise sales enablement content within Seismic.

Required profile

• Proven experience in design and marketing technology environments.
• Ability to create high‑quality visual and video assets for sales enablement.
• Experience managing and optimising marketing platforms and automation tools.
