Marketing Specialist – Design & AI Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will combine creative design expertise with AI‑powered marketing technology to support our Small Law Marketing team. Reporting to the head of Small Law Marketing, you will create high‑impact assets and manage key platforms that drive lead generation and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, optimise and support marketing and sales platforms including Seismic, Captello, Pardot and video platforms.
• Design and produce presentations, videos, digital content, branded collateral and templated leave‑behinds using professional design software and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Build, maintain and optimise Pardot landing pages and campaign assets for lead generation.
• Execute digital campaigns with AI‑driven automation, manage assets across channels and monitor performance.
• Automate marketing and sales event workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop scalable, branded templates and organise sales enablement content within Seismic.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating marketing and sales enablement assets for B2B audiences.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Seismic, Captello, Pardot and video platform management.
• Ability to integrate marketing technology into campaign execution and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Strong attention to brand consistency and visual identity.
