About the role
The University of Arkansas seeks a Descriptive Data Analyst to support its Parking and Transit services. In this role you will turn raw transportation data into actionable insights that help improve campus mobility, parking utilization, and transit planning.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate parking and transit datasets from various sources.
- Perform descriptive statistical analysis and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
- Develop visual dashboards that illustrate usage patterns, peak times, and capacity trends.
- Collaborate with transportation planners to translate findings into operational recommendations.
- Maintain data documentation and ensure compliance with university data governance policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
