About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction following approved syllabi and curriculum.
• Design, develop, and continuously revise curriculum, course materials, and manuals.
• Recruit, advise, and evaluate students, ensuring progress toward program objectives.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and documentation required for clinical education.
• Participate in college committees, accreditation activities, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met in all instructional settings.

Required profile

• Licensed dental hygiene professional with experience in teaching or clinical supervision.
• Ability to develop curriculum and assess student performance in both didactic and clinical environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Commitment to maintaining program accreditation and participating in departmental service.
