Client Support Worker – Community Integration Home (Day Shift)

About the role

The State of Georgia is seeking a Client Support Worker for its Community Integration Home in Douglasville. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides direct assistance to residents, helping them develop daily living, social, and vocational skills while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observe, monitor, and document resident behavior, incidents, and progress.
• Provide training in basic personal, social, academic, and work skills.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and special‑diet accommodations.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities using state‑owned vehicles.
• Arrange medical care and contribute to individual service/treatment plans.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and errands.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• Full‑time availability with on‑site presence.
• Strong observational and documentation skills.
