Delivery Driver – Medical Equipment

About the role

Lincare is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport home medical equipment to patients across assigned routes. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries, set up equipment, and educate patients on proper usage.

Key responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and all transportation laws while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Inspect, load, unload, and maintain the company‑provided delivery vehicle.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with patients and internal team members.
• Keep the delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and organized, complying with FDA protocols.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation during evenings and weekends for medical emergencies.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver medical equipment safely.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
