Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions

About the role

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team is looking for a Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions, within its US Delivery Center model. The role works across client and delivery teams to design and build model-driven apps and automate processes, helping clients improve financial performance and accelerate digital ventures. The positions are open in three locations: Gilbert, Arizona; Lake Mary, Florida; and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build model-driven apps using Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules, commands and dashboards
• Translate business requirements into data models, solution components and user experiences
• Configure and extend Dataverse and implement security (roles, teams, business units, field security)
• Build process automation with Power Automate (cloud flows and Desktop), including approvals, integrations and notifications
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and external systems via connectors, APIs and custom patterns
• Promote development standards (solution layering, environment strategy, naming conventions, ALM, deployment pipelines) and support testing, defect triage and performance tuning
• Take part in design and code reviews, partner with stakeholders on modernization opportunities, and maintain solution, data model, security and runbook documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• 4+ years delivering enterprise applications (low-code and/or traditional) with strong business-to-technical translation
• 3+ years building Power Apps, including 1+ year on model-driven apps
• 3+ years with Dataverse data modeling and security design, and 3+ years with Power Automate cloud flows
• 1+ year designing solutions covering data, security and non-functional requirements
• 1+ year in an Agile delivery environment and 1+ year understanding of Power Platform ALM
• Hybrid work: live within commuting distance of a delivery center, up to 30% co-located, maximum 10% overnight travel; relocation must be completed within 12 weeks

Wage range: $71,300 to $118,900. Candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
