Defense Experimentation & Test Engineer

About the role

Global InfoTek is seeking a Defense Experimentation & Test Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute military technology demonstrations and field trials. The role involves authoring rigorous test plans, overseeing range instrumentation, and validating operational capabilities across joint experimentation venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Design of Experiments (DOE), Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), and flight/field safety plans for joint military technology events.
• Oversee range instrumentation, collect telemetry and field metrics, and perform quantitative capability validation.
• Coordinate with prototype developers, range safety officers, and warfighters to ensure successful execution of experiments.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience planning and executing joint military technology experimentation events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Required skills

• Experience authoring DOE, TEMP, and safety plans.
• Proficiency in field data collection, telemetry recording, and quantitative validation.
• Knowledge of joint military operational environments and multi‑domain operations (MDO).
