Technical Project Manager – Beverage (TAG)

About the role

Responsible for the efficient, effective, and flawless delivery of strategic Innovation and Renovation projects within Nestlé’s beverage portfolio. The role leads cross‑functional teams, applies the I2L mindset, and ensures projects meet defined success criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Apply project management tools to ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑quality delivery from concept to close.
• Lead alignment of strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing with key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage roadblocks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Build and manage project schedules, define critical paths, track activities, and generate status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, risk assessments, financial reviews, and post‑launch reviews.
• Provide transparent communication on project status and risks to cross‑functional teams and the Project Management Lead.
• Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of Nestlé’s I&R processes and tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation per policies.
• Meet established KPIs and program metrics while driving process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS degree.
• At least 3 years of related project management experience.
• Strong time‑management, results focus, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven capability to influence cross‑functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
