Deal Desk Lead

About the role

Reducto is building its first dedicated deal desk function to streamline the end‑to‑end commercial process for its AI‑focused enterprise customers. As the Deal Desk Lead you will own daily operations, partner with sales, legal and finance, and continuously improve automation and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full deal lifecycle—from structuring commercial terms with Account Executives to signature, account setup and the first invoice.
• Review pricing, discounts and payment terms against policy, flag exceptions and drive decisions with approvers.
• Ensure contracts include the correct agreements and attachments (order forms, services agreements, DPA, BAA) and coordinate redlines with Legal.
• Own the handoff from signed contract to billing configuration, provisioning and invoicing.
• Maintain and enhance deal‑desk automation, building new integrations across quoting, CRM, billing and payments.
• Run operational aspects of renewals, expansions, amendments and true‑ups with Customer Success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in deal desk, contract operations or revenue operations at a B2B software company.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to explain trade‑offs and know when to involve approvers.
• Deep understanding of commercial agreements and the ability to translate signed terms into billing and account setup.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting CRM and billing systems.
