Day Shift Service Champion - Taco Bell

About the role

The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face customers see and the first voice they hear, setting the tone for the customer experience. This day-shift position is open to a friendly, helpful person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and pays attention to detail. The job is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not the corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders or prepare food
• Assist in resolving service or food issues
• Maintain food-safety standards and a clean, safe work and dining environment
• Clean the parking lot and grounds around the restaurant
• Work the positions to brand standards, whether cashier or cook

Required profile

• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping
• Clean, tidy appearance, good work habits and a positive attitude
• Attends work on time, in uniform, and gives appropriate notice when unable to come
• Uses the approved timekeeping system and records hours accurately
• Takes initiative and works with energy
