Databricks Lead – Philadelphia

About the role

The Infosys Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Databricks Lead to drive data‑engineered solutions for healthcare clients in Philadelphia. You will work at the intersection of cloud integration, advanced analytics and AI to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead design discussions for Databricks‑based solutions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features using Azure Data Factory and related cloud services.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories, and ensure system stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug‑fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth adoption.
• Participate in production support, resolve incidents, and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong background in data engineering and cloud integration.
• Experience delivering solutions on Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on quality and reliability.
