Data Scientist

About the role

The Data Scientist will turn Commercial Product Supply (CPS) data into actionable insights that drive predictive, data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Working closely with business and technology partners, you will design, build, and deploy scalable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and decision quality.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with subject‑matter experts to translate business problems into structured analytics use cases.
• Integrate and analyze data from finance, engineering, operations, supply chain, IT, and external sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and machine‑learning models.
• Design optimization algorithms (e.g., linear programming, ILP, OR‑tools) to address operational challenges.
• Manage and curate analytics datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Document processes, models, and standards to enable reuse and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions from ideation to production.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
