Data Management Support Analyst

About the role

CACI is hiring a Data Management Support analyst to support the Naval Aviation Production Process-Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts of the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA). The role is administratively assigned to Training Air Wing TWO (TRAWING 2) at NAS Kingsville, Texas, and involves entering and reconciling training data in NAPP systems. It is a regular, full-time position requiring a Secret clearance, with up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report the status of student training, student and instructor flight hours, aircraft hours and availability, entering the data into the NAPP Integrated Production Data Repository (NIPDR)
• Enter student transactions into the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) and reconcile discrepancies with other legacy databases used by CNATRA
• Review statistical data for errors, research and analyze problem areas, and help prepare briefs on production status and NAPP initiatives
• Collaborate with CACI and government representatives and coordinate with team members electronically, by telephone or in person

Required profile

• US citizen with a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus one to two years of functional analysis experience
• Personal transportation and compliance with vehicle and personnel requirements to access U.S. military installations
• Strong information management and analytical skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment; mature, analytical thinker

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint and Windows
• Experience with CeTARS, NIPDR and TSHARP
• Access and other database applications a plus
• Able to obtain and maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after receiving an NMCI account
