Data Entry Clerk – Legal Document Review

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a leading tech firm by reviewing legal documents and populating key data fields. This temporary assignment involves processing a high volume of documents with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Review approximately 330 legal documents and extract information for 12 predefined data attributes.
• Identify and record key details such as contract type, effective date, and other specified legal attributes.
• Enter extracted data accurately into a provided spreadsheet or worksheet.
• Maintain a high level of consistency while processing documents.
• Consult with the Legal team to clarify questions or resolve ambiguous information.
• Meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with data entry, document review, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
