About the role
Zynga is seeking a highly organized Business Operations and Contracts Coordinator to join the CTO Strike Team’s Contract & Vendor Management group. The role bridges contract administration, procurement support and cross‑functional coordination, providing end‑to‑end operational ownership within a global gaming company.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the program director, handling contract administration, PO creation and renewal workflows.
- Act as the internal liaison for vendor contracts, tracking requirements, gathering data and securing budget approvals with global procurement and legal teams.
- Prepare and deliver written status updates, polished presentations and stakeholder communications for program reviews.
- Own compliance tracking (VSA, DPA, DPQ, etc.), flagging non‑compliance issues and supporting data‑integrity initiatives.
- Support ad‑hoc project and special‑project initiatives, delivering administrative and operational assistance as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑2+ years of experience in program coordination, business operations or a similar role, preferably in software development, gaming or compliance‑heavy environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating clear program summaries and slide decks for senior stakeholders.
- Self‑starter who can manage competing priorities independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing high‑volume intake workflows and maintaining accurate documentation for contracts and purchase orders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as JDE or Oracle.
- Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) for workflow optimization (bonus).
