About the role

We are looking for a high‑potential early‑career professional to join Zinda Operating Group in Austin as a Growth & Operations Associate. This rotational role offers hands‑on experience across marketing, people, finance, operations, project management, events, SEO and digital initiatives, allowing you to discover where you add the most value.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across marketing, HR, finance, operations, project management, events, SEO and digital initiatives based on business needs.
• Lead new‑business initiatives and own end‑to‑end projects, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Serve as Cohort Lead on a rotating schedule, overseeing daily execution, tracking commitments and reporting status.
• Handle low‑visibility, high‑impact tasks that keep the team moving forward.

Required profile

• 0–5 years of professional experience; recent graduates or early‑career professionals from demanding environments such as startups, consulting, finance or technology.
• Demonstrated achievement of a challenging or unusual goal (academic, professional, entrepreneurial or project‑based).
• Strong quantitative thinking combined with excellent written communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools as a default problem‑solving approach.
• Proactive ownership and ambition for increasing responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted productivity tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms).
