About the role
Ensemble Schools is seeking a passionate Dance Teacher to join The Dance Factory in Delavan, WI. The role involves delivering in‑person dance instruction to children ages 2‑15 across multiple styles while fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach beginner and intermediate classes in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and lyrical.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
- Choreograph routines for annual performances.
- Maintain a positive, safe classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Required profile
- Experience working with children ages 2‑15.
- Strong dance background in multiple styles.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Dependable, punctual, enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
