Customs & International Trade Tax Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to head its Customs & International Trade Tax practice. The Director will shape the strategic vision, drive business development and mentor the next generation of tax professionals while ensuring high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and guide the strategic direction for the Customs and Trade team.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base and service offerings.
• Maintain and grow senior executive client relationships.
• Oversee delivery of tax advisory services, ensuring compliance with professional and technical standards.
• Promote technology‑enabled solutions, focusing on digitisation, automation and productivity.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in tax, customs or international trade advisory.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth.
• Ability to inspire and mentor teams while upholding PwC’s values of quality, integrity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
