Customer Success Partner (Mandarin Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Partner to serve as the primary liaison for Zenlayer’s strategic accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and driving growth. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and a strong background in cloud and telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main regional contact for strategic customers, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, projects, and operational initiatives.
• Identify challenges, coordinate resources, and resolve issues and escalations promptly.
• Facilitate communication between customers’ local teams, headquarters, and Zenlayer’s global organization.
• Monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and propose improvements to service quality.
• Support long‑term customer growth, retention, and strategic partnership goals.

Required profile

• Experience in cloud computing, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Proven track record managing customer success programs, retention, and upselling.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
