Customer Success Manager

About the role

Rilla is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the onboarding, implementation and growth of enterprise accounts, ensuring customers achieve revenue impact and high Net Revenue Retention.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and long‑term success for customers, including in‑person visits.
• Measure and communicate impact using product analytics, ROI analyses and case studies.
• Drive account growth and upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
• Own the Net Revenue Retention metric and use data‑driven storytelling to expand accounts.

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Mixpanel and Planhat.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$110,000 plus equity, uncapped commission (total comp up to ~$250,000).
