Customer Success Manager – French (Hybrid, Brisbane, CA)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to help North American clients adopt and expand their use of Odoo’s integrated ERP suite. This hybrid position (four days onsite, one day remote) is based in Brisbane, CA and focuses on guiding customers through implementation, adoption, renewal and growth phases.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing Odoo customers to understand their business processes and drive product adoption.
• Analyze client operations, identify opportunities, and execute subscription renewal plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Provide empathetic support and address customer needs promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1‑2 years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience negotiating and closing new business.
• Passion for software products and SaaS solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
