Customer Services Supervisor

About the role

Coral Springs Animal Hospital, an AAHA-certified facility in South Florida offering primary care, specialty services and 24/7 emergency care, is seeking a Customer Services Supervisor. The supervisor leads front desk operations and empowers a collaborative team, guiding daily workflows and championing exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and coach Client Service Representatives, with at least 60% of working time spent directly supporting team operations
• Monitor phone performance, appointment accuracy and operational metrics to drive process improvements
• Partner with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Oversee front desk financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, refunds, billing inquiries and accounts receivable such as payment plans and collections
• Manage daily reception, scheduling and client communication, including hands-on shift coverage during staffing shortages

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency or specialty experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-stress environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable and proactive team player

Required skills

• Comfortable with computers
• Veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Instinct)
