About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work at the Greensboro Service Center, handling freight tracking and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Daily freight tracing with customers and assisting terminals on freight issues.
  • Use customer retention techniques to resolve issues and promote company goals.
  • Assist other R&L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • General office and customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM.

  • $20.42 hourly wage (full‑time, 1st shift, Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM).
