About the role

Join Clopay Corporation as a Customer Service Representative at our Gilbert distribution center, supporting customers in person and by phone while handling orders, invoicing, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in person and by telephone, entering orders using the automation system.
  • Assist in pricing quotes and orders, balance daily invoice edits, and audit open order reports weekly.
  • Follow up on customer credit claims, manage COD and open‑term invoicing, and maintain bookkeeping for customer accounts.
  • Process furnish and install programs, handle installer payables, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer telephone inquiries related to products, bookkeeping, and accounting, and perform various administrative duties.

Required profile

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3‑5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
