Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturer of custom‑engineered motion control solutions. Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and project updates.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progression from quotation through delivery.
• Communicate order status, lead times, shipping updates, and project timelines to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive service and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and documentation within the ERP system.
• Support internal teams to meet customer expectations while upholding high service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a technical manufacturing organization.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
