Customer Service Representative (In-Store)

About the role

This position supports daily store operations by handling customer orders, preparing food products, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will work directly with customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate order processing and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen and service equipment safely.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work stations, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare food products according to established recipes.
• Receive, enter, and process telephone and in‑store orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Take inventory, complete paperwork, and assist with stock rotation.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and dust.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Strong basic math abilities for cash handling and making change.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures, from cool walk‑in areas to hot kitchen zones.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality and safety standards.
