Customer Service Representative II – Morning Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our Niagara team on a morning shift (7:00 am‑3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). The role provides first‑level support for assigned customer accounts, handling order and delivery issues while collaborating closely with operations, planning, transportation and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels for all SKUs in customer portfolios and work with Production Planning to ensure product availability.
• Investigate inventory imbalances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily/weekly in‑stock levels and generate weekly customer scorecards to track metrics such as order volatility, forecast vs. demand and dynamic sourcing.
• Audit key accounts for reason‑code accuracy and validate customer fines and fees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to emails within 30 minutes and resolving issues by end of day.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and the launch of new products.
• Collaborate with planning to manage rush orders and align supply plans.
