Customer Service Representative – BDC for Luxury Automotive

About the role

The Rallye Motor Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Mercedes‑Benz Business Development Center. You will engage with a luxury client base, manage sales leads, and support the sales team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to ensure timely assistance for sales clients.
• Utilize the CRM tracking system daily.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no‑shows.
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.

Required profile

• Experience in phone sales or customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership is desired.
• Outstanding phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, patient personality with strong customer‑relations ability.
• Organized, multi‑tasker, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Availability to work weekends.
