Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Frontier Auto Parts, a long‑standing aftermarket auto parts distributor in Raleigh, is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can manage orders, returns and phone inquiries for its repair‑shop customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create new customer orders and modify existing ones through the company’s online ordering platform, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
• Answer inbound phone calls, provide product information and resolve issues in both English and Spanish.
• Process returns, issue refunds or credits, and handle payment transactions while maintaining detailed records.
• Maintain daily order logs and update customer accounts as needed.
• Work scheduled Monday‑Friday shifts (either 7:30 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6:30 pm) and log overtime hours, which are paid at 1.5× the regular rate.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using a computer to enter data, navigate screens and operate an online order system.
• Ability to pass a background check.
