Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote position you will help shape the performance of AI chatbots by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that arise during model development. Strong writing, editing, and language skills are essential, as is the ability to conduct research and fact‑checking.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality of AI‑generated responses for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Identify gaps in model behavior and provide actionable feedback to improve future iterations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
