Customer Service & Hospitality Director

About the role

We are seeking a client‑oriented Customer Service & Hospitality Director to lead our customer experience team in Galveston, TX. The role focuses on enhancing service quality, driving customer loyalty, and managing departmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Advance the customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth.
• Take ownership of customer issues, follow problems through to resolution, and maintain accurate records.
• Set clear mission, develop service procedures, policies, and standards, and review statistics for reporting.
• Recruit, coach, and develop customer service agents, fostering an empowering environment.
• Manage resources, adhere to budget, and ensure workflow aligns with priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a customer service manager with 3+ years in relevant roles.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Residence in Galveston or surrounding area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and related tools.
