Customer Relationship Management Manager

About the role

The Customer Relationship Management Manager will lead the adoption and training of the My Versace Clienteling App across the United States, working closely with retail and headquarters teams to drive customer engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs for the My Versace Clienteling App in partnership with retail and HQ teams.
• Identify, maintain, and expand the Versace customer base, focusing on priority segments such as new, local, and lapsed clients.
• Develop a targeted clienteling contact strategy, including client gifting and an “always‑on” experience calendar.
• Generate boutique‑specific action plans and coordinate development initiatives across retail and digital channels.
• Share best‑practice insights across regions and manage cross‑functional collaborations with events, merchandising, and digital teams.
• Coordinate monthly app training schedules, resolve technical issues with the My Versace Project Manager, and support critical retail requests.
• Oversee administrative app requests, compile data‑quality reports, and distribute them to the retail network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM or client‑facing roles, preferably within luxury or fashion.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills.
