Customer Experience Supervisor – Flagship Store

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor for its iconic 5th Avenue flagship. You will lead the sales floor, model exceptional service, and create an inclusive, high‑performing environment for both customers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized service and coach the team to do the same.
• Act as Sales Floor Captain, managing zones, motivating staff, and driving performance.
• Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness with operational excellence.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and selling techniques.
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous feedback for individual growth.
• Maintain product knowledge, assist with launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Track sales metrics, set goals, and celebrate achievements.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with empathy and ownership.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its inclusive mission.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a fast‑paced team and uphold visual/operational standards.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on customer connection and team collaboration.
