Customer Experience Associate

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at RH, you will deliver a luxury‑level service experience to our clients, helping them discover and enjoy our high‑end home furnishings. You will act as a trusted guide, removing obstacles and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, professional appearance, and a commitment to our vision, values, and beliefs.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate associates to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and leaders to ensure customer needs are not only met but surpassed.
• Build brand loyalty and drive revenue by mastering RH product offerings, processes, and systems.
• Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit while nurturing strong relationships.
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, high‑end furniture, or luxury retail (preferred).
• Poise and confidence when interacting with high‑end clientele while maintaining confidentiality.
• People‑oriented, relationship‑driven, and motivated to deliver first‑class service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac Operating System.
• Experience using iOS devices.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Salesforce CRM.
• Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
