Curbside Team Member

About the role

As a Curbside Team Member at Meijer, you will fulfill online curbside orders, providing a convenient and friendly pickup experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, scan, verify, and bag items for curbside orders.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone, collect payment, and address questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized curbside pickup area and stage orders following food safety guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by collaborating with store leadership.
• Support additional store tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• At least 1 year of work experience; retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow procedures consistently.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform other tasks for extended periods.
