About the role

The CT Technologist performs routine computed tomography procedures safely and accurately, following radiation safety protocols. The position also serves as a clinical mentor for junior staff and students.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify physician orders and explain procedures to patients.
  • Operate CT equipment independently, including IV placement, and ensure diagnostic‑quality images.
  • Perform quality‑control checks and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Assist with departmental operations such as inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

  • Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT registration (or eligibility within 90 days) and current state license.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computed tomography (CT) equipment and protocols.
  • Experience using radiology information systems.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
